Side Effects of Training at ZenRock Fitness

It’s our responsibility to warn you of the common side effects associated with training at ZenRock.  Before you embark on any health and fitness routine it’s important to know that the following, along with others (compliments from complete strangers, blissful sleep, restored youth) are bound to happen.   Our clients at ZenRock routinely complain of the following:

  • Superior Strength:  You no longer need help opening the jar of pickles.  Enough said.
  • Confidence: Our only concern is neck strain from holding your head up so high.  We know how confident you feel when your body is lean and healthy.

Sunday Yoga Class

Join us on Sunday mornings from 9:30-10:30am at our Redmond Studio. This is an all-levels hatha yoga class taught by Connie Ellis. She will adapt and modify as needed to fit each group. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a yoga community with both beginners and seasoned practitioners.
