We are excited to offer a great new yoga class on Sunday evenings at 5:30pm. Sunday evening is the perfect time to reset your body for the week and go into Monday feeling energized. Try Diana’s class before dinner and then go home and relax.
Exercise has been a life long passion of Diana’s. Yoga captured her heart when she found the fun and artistic movements in yoga. Trained in Iyengar, she holds a 200hr RYT certification from 8 Limbs. In her personal practice she focuses on mindfully engaging every muscle, feeling light, and becoming one with her own breath.
Diana’s teaching style focuses on alignment, breath, and mediation. As a teacher she strives to create a space for her clients to feel free of judgment, to look inside themselves and experience what more they can accomplish when they let go and love them self.
