Personal Trainer & Yoga Instructor
With over 6 years of hands-on experience, I specialize in blending the wisdom of yoga with the structure of strength training to help my clients build lasting fitness, alignment, and vitality — both physically and mentally.
I’ve worked with men and women across all life stages, supporting goals that range from fat loss, strength and conditioning, posture correction, and energy restoration to therapeutic recovery for chronic or complex health conditions. My approach is rooted in understanding the individual: how they move, how they feel, and what they need to grow stronger without burnout or injury.
Over the years, I’ve helped 100+ clients improve strength and mobility — including those recovering from or managing cancer, liver cirrhosis, kidney transplants, PCOD, asthma, depression, and bariatric surgery. I’ve also guided to-be mothers through safe, empowering prenatal and postnatal movement, building their confidence and capacity for labor and postpartum recovery.
For men, I focus on restoring functional strength, improving posture, rebalancing stress, and creating sustainable routines that bring back energy, mobility, and confidence — without pain or plateaus. My strength sessions often incorporate mobility and breathwork to support joint health, alignment, and performance.
What drives me is the joy of teaching — helping my clients understand their bodies better, build habits that support a long, active life, and feel proud of every step they take. I wake up each day with purpose, continually learning and evolving so I can guide others toward strong, mindful, and healthy living.
