Personal Trainer & Yoga Instructor
As a trainer and athlete, I’ve taken the best classes and learned from exceptional teachers – but what defines my skills as a trainer most is my personal experience. I’ve rehab’ed through 3 long ACL reconstructions, and worked my mind and body back to a healthy bodyweight after years of being dramatically underweight. I didn’t grow up learning the truth of food, movement, and mindset (most people don’t), so I’ve made a lot of mistakes. I spend my life determined to keep learning through trial and error.
I’ve competed as a Cat 1 mountain bike racer, ultra marathon series runner, and triathlete. From the bottom to the peak of my athletic feats, I’ve watched change happen. For that, I have a pretty good handle on the training methods that really work. I love sharing those things I’ve learned to help other people train purposefully.
