Yoga Instructor
Yoga is a powerful tool for healing and transformation and it is an honor to share this practice with others. I came to yoga 8 years ago when dealing with some physical issues and it quickly became a part of my daily practice. Yoga provided me with improvements both to my mental and physical health and the feeling of freedom to explore what was best for me.
As a yoga instructor, my goal is to provide my clients with a powerful experience on the mat and the tools to translate that experience into benefits off the mat. I encourage everyone to come to the mat with no expectations—yoga is a personal experience with the goal of feeling good in your body and mind. My practices, including Hatha, Restorative, Chair, Yoga Nidra (guided meditation) and Pranayama, are all taught and centered in appreciating, understanding and learning what health looks and feels like for us on an individual level.
