ZenRock has migrated to a new appointment management system, MindBody. You will be able to manage sessions and account information through a client portal available via our website.
Among the many benefits of this migration:
- View your session package details, including the remaining sessions in your package and when your sessions were used.
- Choose either automated text or email reminders to keep you informed on scheduled sessions or account details.
- Online access to purchase sessions or update your payment method.
- Book, reschedule, and even cancel sessions online or via the MindBody Connect app.
- The highest level of PCI data security standards. Our new system keeps your credit card and personal information safe.
During the week of October 27th, you may be asked to verify your account information when you arrive at ZenRock for your session. We will also demonstrate the new easy check-in process at this time.
You can expedite this process by viewing your account information and making updates in the portal prior to your next training session.
To access your new client portal, simply click on the green “Client Login” button on the upper right-hand corner of our website. Enter your first and last name in the prompt “New to our site?” and follow the prompts to verify your account information.
